Miami Husband and Wife Sentenced on Medicare Fraud Charges
Lazaro Prat and Lisette Lopez Prat sentenced to 137 months and 48 months (respectively)in prison and three years each of supervised release. Lazaro Prat was also ordered to pay $15,401,099 in restitution to the Medicare system.
